Pamela's passion for health and wellbeing led her to study psychology at Lakehead University where she completed an honors thesis on our biological response to worry and mindfulness. An injury led her to pursue yoga and craniosacral therapy as natural ways to heal herself and find joy in movement again. Pamela continued her studies in the Counselling Therapy Program at Stenberg College. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Canadian Yoga Alliance, an RTCc with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada, and a Craniosacral Therapist. You may find her tap dancing, knitting and hiking around Vancouver, but probably not all at the same time.
