At Alma Wellness, our goal is not only to relieve pain, but also to help our patients attain optimal health. CHIROPRACTIC CARE
Our chiropractic treatment aims to restore proper alignment and joint function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury. MASSAGE THERAPY
Our registered massage therapists' treatments include deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, Myofascial release, Craniosacral therapy, and pre/post-natal care. Massage therapy has a positive effect on the neuromuscular and circulatory systems, and decreases the physiological effects of stress.

Counselling therapy provides an opportunity to uncover the roots of the issues that hold us back. Therapeutic interventions help to increase self- awareness, heal from past trauma, regulate our emotions and choose healthier ways of thinking to improve our quality of life.
With the aid of The Orthotics Group Laboratories, we create orthotics perfectly fitted to the individual's needs. Rather than having an orthotics specialist focus only on the patient's feet, our chiropractor first corrects the bio-mechanical and structural issues throughout the body.
